Manage the implementation of GDP annual development plans (industrial & non-industrial) , In collaboration with HRBPs, Manage and supervise the implementation of the GDP’s job rotations and report it , Contribute to the Evaluation & contracting with external trainings , providers & consultants to ensure the highest level of delivery to drive performance , Manage trainings’ operations including issuing invoices, facilitate logistics and post training evaluation and Manage the dministration and analysis of GDP engagement
